We want you to absolutely love your nails! That’s why we offer a simple and fair returns policy.

14-Day Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? You can return or exchange eligible new, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• In their original condition
• In original packaging

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us right away at orioletvn@gmail.com

We’ll make it right by replacing or remaking your item at no extra cost.

Custom Orders & Custom Sizing

Because custom-made designs and custom-sized sets are created specifically for you, these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How Returns Work

Returns are processed by mail.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
